So many places to buy SKS's from..... Where should I buy from this week.

I am planning to pick up an sks, I can believe how many places sell them. I either was a 1953-56 russian sks or a new Chinese one. Any recommendations?

I had westrifle and wholesale sports in mind.

Don't laugh! Canadian Tire ---- I forget the SKU they use, but they're listed as "rifle, SKS" in their system. From the stores I was looking at that sold firearms, most had a dozen (or so) in stock.

Westrifle or Corwin Arms. You won't find a nicer one any easier than going to them.

I should have mentioned i'm looking for something to shoot and as a survival gun. So collectors status and Non-refurbs are not important to me.

Canadian tire, some of them are $167 before tax but most are $199
