Where to buy .22lr dummy rounds or snap caps in GTA or online?

Does anyone know where to buy .22lr dummy rounds in GTA? There're not many online stores sell dummy rounds. Rimfire Sports & Custom sells dummy rounds, but they claim they do not ship dummy rounds outside the states.

Also I'm not sure whether I should buy dummy rounds or snap caps for dry fires. Snap caps seem to be more popular, but I heard some low quality snap caps allow only 10 dry fires and will break after that. I guess dummy rounds will not have this kind of problem.
 
i just bought a 20 pack on ebay for 16$ shipped. not a bad deal considering 4 are around 12 bucks at the local shop

just make sure you get ones that are plastic not metal. pplastic ones can take hammer drops but the metal ones dont
 
I was in London last week on business, popped into Gobles cause I was bored, they had .22 snap caps on the racks (i remember because they were next to the 9mm snap caps I bought)

i got a whole pack of 24 dummy rounds (.22 LR A-Zoom) from Al Flaherty's

Gagnon's has aluminum dummy rounds
