Can you get parts for a Crosman 760 pump?

My first shooter was a Crosman 760, and I still have it. However, decades of sitting around and it doesn't build pressure, can they be dismantled and rebuilt or were they just considered disposable? It's been about 10 years since I even had it out of the box, would like to resurrect it for my son who has taken a liking to an airsoft pistol teaching him the basics of gun safety and handling. Gotta start somewhere
