I know the good folks at Wolverine carry SAM 1911s but does anyone know of a Canadian dealer in Rock Island Armory or Metro Arms Corp 1911s?

Just trying to comparison shop

I thought Trigger Wholesale was an importer for RIA stuff. They could point you to local and online retailers

(weren't they a sponsor here once?)

Hi, I found a Citadel (RIA) on International Shooting supplies but nothing on SFRC or Reliable. Irunguns doesn't seem to be Canadian.

Trigger is the importer for RIA armscor and there related brands
The reason you don't see much is many of us dealers are still waiting on items from our 2013 booking order.
Can't sell what we don't have.

To be fair, It's largely a problem with Armscor and MAC keeping up with production demands and bureaucracy shifts.
The various 1911 manufacturers in the Philippines had been largely immune from the 2014 slump, but have been hamstrung by recent domestic changes.

well that all good, but that's not the info many of the dealers are getting.

Did any of them get hit with that hurricane?

No as they are far inland, but the infrastructure has been all messed up from what we were told at shot show.
That said Vortex optics seems to have been no problems shipping orders, but maybe that's is there china made products.
