CSA vz. 58 questions?

Way off...

The Vz.58 is closer to a P.38 and StG44 more so. The only thing inspired by the SKS is the short stroke gas system and breech block.

Completely unnecessary and a waste of money. It is not overgassed. It is gassed exactly as much as it was designed to be. Throwing casings way out there is what its designed to do, in order to maintain reliability in adverse conditions.

You and the CSA warranty professionals at Movie Arms share a difference of opinion. I can't find the link but there is a statement from a CSA head honcho asking owners to have their rifles serviced if the ejection is overly forceful to prevent breakage. The rifles are returned from warranty with a different gas piston.

id stick with the stock mags. the plastic CSA 5.56/AR mag adaptor is ####. experiencing feed problems with stock ar mags and magpul seems to leave the bolt hold open engaged. bolt stays open after every shot.
