New toys!

Got a couple new SKS's yesterday, for $180 each at CT. The top one is a '54 Izzy, the middle one is a '51 Tula and the bottom one with the bolt through it I've had for a while, it doesn't have a stamp on the cover so I don't know what year it is.

Good looking family you have there.
It would be nice to see a non-tactical sks pic thread even a SVT-40 thread. Ya, they look the same in stock form, but each sks has it's own character.

How the magazines are pinned?

Your rifle with no date should be a 55/56. Noticed it is missing the take down lever too and you've added your own bolt.

The new ones from CT have a pin attached to the magazine follower the other one is riveted to the bottom of the mag.
