Hey guys. I'm looking for something I've only seen once so I'm not sure what they're called.

I saw a competition shooter carrying these "strings" of shotgun shells, basically it held the shells in a line and he wore it vertically on a belt. When it came time to reload he forced the strong of shells into the tube and then pulled it out, leaving the shells.

Is it this:

The great Jerry Miculek demonstrating the technique

The more popular (and easier way) is "Twin" and "Quad loading"

But don't take my word for it, let Jana Reeves tell you about it:

You can angle them and there are a few manufacturers of them other than Carbon Arms, AP customs makes aluminum ones, but they are abit more expensive.

You can order directly from Carbon arms.

<sigh> Jana Reeves...

I giggled at "pet the kitty".

But yea I was thinking more the first one. However the one I saw was more whippy like an antennae.

Which brand is the one jerry was running?

Everyone laughs at "Pet the kitty" if you don't, you aren't a maaaaaan!!!!! :)

It's the ARMSTEC, INC. - SHOTGUN SPEED LOADER

They are abit finicky, about $60 USD for Remington or Benelli feedgate.

That nearly looks like a Barrett muzzle break Jerrys got on his shotgun.

It comes standard fare on the Mossberg "Road blocker" model. Does look pretty crazy.

OP seems pretty set on these, but some things you need to learn on your own :)

It's still not the exact item I'm trying to learn about. I thought about it and I guess the better way to describe it is like taping shotgun shells to a metal tape measure. They held more than 4 rounds and didn't completely cover the shells.

Just giving you a hard time :)

Very strange, I've never heard of this technique before. The "Speedloader" was the only one I've heard of with the shells in line.

The only other one I can think of is this, but they are not inline:
