Help me modify my Windham Weaponry AR-10 308 WIN/7.62x51 16.5" Barrel

First thing besides mounting an appropriate optic is to buy a wheelbarrow full of ammo and shoot the heck out of it. You'll soon figure out what doesn't feel right.
What type of shooting do you plan to do? Shooting off a table longer ranges to make small groups or run and gun type stuff?

Some options can carry over to your 308 rifle like Geiselle trigger, optics etc. OST will be getting some Raptor 308win charging handles in. I'd jump on that! :)
 
If you mean the Windham 308 SRC, then yeah, I have one. Nice rifle, shoots pretty good. Only mods I have done is to add a bipod (using the harris fore end adapter) and a mid priced bushnell 6-24 scope cuz I had it in a drawer.

I've been working on some load testing to find something that works well and I think I'm getting the best results with a 150gr bthp and H4895.
