I just read an account of shooting a buck on a BC hunting web site in which the person writing it stated:


"I didnt waste time and took a shot at him as I was perched on atv to see over all the 7 foot trees in front of me.”


Seeing as it is illegal to shoot from a vehicle in British Columbia do you think it was wise of this individual to broadcast his actions on a pubic web site?

I think I heard the same story at the Bar the other night.

Guy had to stand on both handle bars because it was very windy, and was able to use them to swivel for the running 500 yard shot? I've actually heard the story a few times over the years

Funny nobody seems to care that he shot from the quad. I guess hunting laws don't apply in this case.

He shot from the quad, was the quad moving while he was shooting?
Did he use the quad as a rest to shoot said deer.
It was what it was a successful hunt.
As for the idle threats of being banned for asking if it where legal or not...well whatever.
