Really?
I believe the point of that comment is that an SR25 isn't an AR10, but also a better design & product.
Really?
Really? Read the title of the thread then the rest of the posts in it. It sounds to me like we are talking about all AR-10 style rifles.
The focus has shifted but it sound like Caramel is open to all options.
I believe the HK MR308 also falls into the how is it an AR10 category then. The M&P15-22 is another example. That one isn't compatible with anything and is clearly not an AR variant, yet it was classified as one.
Yeah - Canadian gun laws (like many of the idiotic state bans down here) where not based on anything specific, or logical - other than fear, loathing and irrational thought...
The Original AR-10 semi-auto guns were deemed non restricted as they pre-dated the AR-15.

Doesnt change the aquisition pattern, the LMT will probably come this year, because the 16 inch barrel, the KAC SR25 is a 20 inch barrel ( A 16 inch would have been a no brainer), i all ready have my Armalite AR-10T in 20 inch, my custom to come will bare a 22 inch so the LMT 16 inch ( no extra 20 inch barrel) should be the one for now... All this restricted or NR stuff doent change much thing for now.... Or ever for a matter of fact since it could never change... JP.
the sr25 ecc has a 16" barrel.

I thought maybe we could talk about HK USC's![]()
The kac 20" is still lighter than the lmt 16". The lmt mws has a lot of mass in the barrel extension.
I happen to have an lmt 20" stainless 5r barrel I've been meaning to sell. It has laid down many 1.5" five round groups at 300 yards.
