I know there was a thread on this subject not long ago but I can't find it
.
In any event, the subject revolved around the "Waltz .22 Rimfire Re-sizing Die" and the "PACO KELLY ACU'RZR TOOL FOR 22lr RIMFIRE RIFLE BULLETS".
I had a chance to build a re-sizing die this weekend. The ammo that I practiced with measured .222 to .224 and much of it was oval. The re-sizer worked quite well making constant .2251 rounds. I hope to test fire them this week but I have my doubts that there will be any improvement in accuracy. It takes very little pressure to do the re-size but the result is lose bullets in the case. (something not mentioned by those trying to sell re-sizing tools) I'm sure that this will have a negative effect on accuracy. Photos below, I'll report back when I have some range results.
