berrys rn plated bullets 230gr with 5.2 gr imr 700x

Yup! 231 was and probably still IS the standard for .45 ACP - 5.7 with 200 gr SWC boolitt gave about 181 IPSC PF. While maybe not the CLEANEST burning - it was reliable,metered well, available and not temperature sensitive.
