My first bow hunting moose rack that I arrowed in 2010 is starting to fade.
It hasn't been exposed to elements but as stayed in the basement.

Any ideas to restore the light brown color ?

Min-Wax light oak or teak stain and then a clear coat of Krylon Clear Matte... it will stay looking like the bull was still on the hoof...

I appreciate.

Where are those products available ( the wax ) in a common store. Any names ?

Min-Wax is the company name... it is a stain, not a wax... and yes, Canadian Tire carries Min-Wax... the Ultra Violet Clear Matte Krylon however is a specialty item (excellent product, that I also use in stock finishing as the final coat)... it can be had at Micheal's Craft Store if you have one near you, or try another similar craft store.

I have 3 caribou and a moose at my taxi right now getting them recolored for mounting...........should have done something with them years ago, but I didn't...........all worthy of mounting just never got a round to it before...........no space to hang them before either, but now they will be going on the wall, the caribou are all 370-390 bulls and the moose will get plaqued.........it's the one I shot with Ted a few years back.
The kid has been playing around testing out different ways of recoloring antlers..........he's had some success but I decided to go to a pro to get mine done.
I can see how blood may well be the best available product but it just isn't readily available at the time when one thinks of such things........I haven't asked but I'm pretty sure the employees will draw the line on this request........:D

I've always used double boiled linseed oil on my deer antlers - my experience has been it will initially darken the antler but that tends to come back to natural as it dry's. I have not had them go light after using it.

c-fbmi Doug maybe you'll have to make it a condition of employment that a donation of blood may be required now and then...!!! The original owner of the antlers coloured them with a mixture of blood, tree bark and dirt.
