A Site Sponsor would be super...otherwise...it looks like wholesale sports might have them, but I've been burned ordering from them too many times in the past.

when I was looking I found one at LeBaron. Was a reasonable price. Has saved me at least once when I got in a grove at the bench and ran the powder hopper low enough to throw light.

Hornady makes one that may do the job if you can't find the RCBS one

The Hornady powder cop die is not the same as the RCBS lockout die.
The Hornady powder cop die only indicates the level of powder in each casing.
Once adjusted you will see a white line showing that the powder level in the case is good.
This means that you must pay attention to the die with every pull of the handle.
If you were paying attention in the first place you wouldn't have run out of powder.

The RCBS lockout die on the other hand will stop the press from cycling if there is no charge or a double charge.

I have both, and there are benefits of each. The Hornady COP is accurate and precise if you watch it, the Lock-out die is not very accurate and takes quite a low charge before it locks it out. I don't have much time behind the lock out die compared to the COP, but will be adding my own load line so I can measure just how low it is. I dont fully trust it's lock out feature yet either. I always try to eye ball every load.

Another pet peeve is the measure/lock out line paint wipes off easily. First time I used it I wanted to clean just the line (since instructions say to not clean the die) and the paint wiped off..

I like the lock out feature, but it seems mostly to work with overcharges, and not under charges. Neither die should be left unattended and I fear most users will tend to zone out with the lock-out die, whereas the COP requires some level of focus. I found a routine begins and I was watching every load with ease on the COP. Once you trust the lock-out I feel that same routine will skip checking the powder check die..

I purchased mine from the states. Sadly, it was half the price and I was going down anyways.
