SKS mod with AK parts ??

I was just looking over in the black guns EE (parts for sale) and seen a guy advertising "that these parts" can be used to mod your SKS...?? He selling a bolt ,some pins, and trigger group from an AK!!! WTF!!!
As an owner of a couple.......SKS not wanting to add fuel to the SKS fire, is there any truth to this or just a sale ploy.

Sales ploy, as they are different rifles I don't think the parts will easily fit. Didn't he say the trigger group was from a semi auto?
