We will let you know when it's in! The pancakes are pretty good, I have to say. I haven't tried them all, but everything I have tried is pretty edible.
 
After getting the runaround, Honeyville finally said I'd need to contact Legacy Premium for this information. Take their "non-GMO" claim with a grain of salt :)

The link above from Legacy states that Honeyville is the sole ingredient supplier and certifies their ingredients non GMO. However, when I contacted Honeyville to inquire about this certification the customer service rep said they have passed on my question to Legacy and will get back to me when they receive a response. The Honeyville rep was considerate enough so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for their response.

I will contact Legacy and ask if they have any plans to become non-gmo verified - that says a bit more than a letter on their website! That said, non-gmo or not, Legacy have great value and great tasting emergency food. AND... I'll take something that says it's non-gmo over something that definitely has gmos any day.
