They are very nice and work great...if you keep them clean and feed them good quality ammo. One thing I don't like is the lack of last round hold open on the slide. If you plan to get a P226 in a center fire caliber it's actually cheaper to buy the Sig226 Classic 22 then get the center fire barrel and slide kit later.

That said, it really didn't like the American Eagle ammo I was putting through it, got all sorts of failure to feeds, stovepipes, and failures to extract. Haven't gotten around to trying any other ammo types.
