"Please accept my apologies for not replying to you sooner, I didn’t work last week.
Today I contacted our Ministry regarding the permit - they told me that they would approve it by November 10. I do not understand their decision as we were told by October 17. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it, as this is a state institution and we have to wait. In the following few days I will send you the packing list as the goods are ready. Once again, I apologize for misunderstanding"

thanks for the reply TI. youve had a really rough time with your suppliers in the last while. hopefully ETA's get more accurate for you so you dont end up taking a huge hit from customers over it.
any idea how long it will take to ship from zastava to canada and then clear customs? i need a heads up to budget now that christmas is around the corner.

Zastava isn't even going to have an export permit until Nov 10, I'd be surprised to see these by Christmas.
