XCR Photoshoot....post em up let your XCR Freak Flag Fly

I think I'm gonna get rid of the Comp ML3 and 3x magnifier and go with something different....I like the scoped look and more practical for hunting which I think I'm gonna try it with the XCR this year

New to me XCR-M , with some of my addons.

Finally all my parts arrived:

7.62x39 od green Keymod light profile barrel, Griffin pepper pot brake, NEA rubber grip, dlask stock adapter with magpul ctr stock and hilux 1-4 in 7.62x39 ballistic reticule. ( I have high hopes for this scope)

Just need to sight it in and I'm all set

I dig it bfiles.
I'm thinking about the light barrel, myself.

I was using the same scope, loved it. The reticle is pretty bang on, even out to 600.
I'll be keeping my eyes open for a report, more on the scope than anything else. I ran in to some bad luck with mine, or all 3 of them ;).

Will do a range report guys!!!

9x19, what happened to the scope???
It broke 3 times? ??
I certainly hope my hilux isn't just garbage.

The HiLux CMRs are good scopes and have a true zero stop. I liked mine a lot but wasn't a huge fan of the horseshoe / dot reticle. The only other thing I didn't like about it is that it's not a true 1-4, maybe a 1.25-4. For the price though, it's got a lot of value.

First I'll say that I thought the glass was exceptional, for the money. I liked the retical and used it at 600 a couple times, but I'm a dialer.
I don't like zero stop on any scope, that's what the hash mark on the turret are for ;). Just my preference.

First scope lasted 29 days. The seal for the ocular lens popped out, fogged up badly. 1/3 the seal lay right across the lens.

Second scope, first replacement, lasted approx 10 months. Same fault.

Third scope, second replacement, lasted 1 round. I could see the reticle vibrating. You can see it happen while resetting the trigger. I used it for the day and lost zero almost every mag, kept having to dial up. It has a different retainer for the seal though. ;)

I'm rocking a real sweet Bushnell AR, right now. What a pos...:)

Warranty service on the HiLux, is the best there is, at retail level.

add;
When I talked to the importer, he says, "well you are up in Canada you know, you're probably shooting in the cold".
I had a good laugh, he was a decent guy.

Damn, well I'll let ya know how mine holds up

Did you ever consider the Browe combat optic with the 7.62X39 reticle?

No i did not. Who is a dealer for them?

Hey 9x19p, I had the exact same thing happen to my HiLux scope. Unfortunately for me, I purchased it here on the EE and was not eligible for any warranty. I have been using Vortex scopes ever since and will never by a HiLux product again.
