HK vs USGI

I want to get a new front sight for my AR.

Which is better and easier for a newbie to learn on the HK style or USGI style.

I personally like the USGI but the Hks are nice too. It all boils down to preference and which one you can shoot better with, although I think it would be negligible in most applications.

HK, easier to center in the aperture for moi.

I found the USGI better to get use to but I was already using USGI but as I got use to the HK ones I got fine with them too after getting used to them.

This is your answer. do not waste time and money on these HK sights unless you have adjustable elevation on the rear sight.
