Interest in Mossberg 590A1 14" or 14" 590A1 CYL/MOD Barrels imported by Irunguns?

Man how's everybody's mag tube finish holding up? I was cycling it at home with snapcaps yesterday and the mag tube looks like it's almost down to bare metal lol. Compared to my bros 870 which has many many more cycles his is barely marked.

I put 75 rounds through mine today and its marked up pretty good.
Its the parkerizing. Nothing out of the ordinary.
 
Yeah I realize that. It was just more a point of comparison. My bros 870 is an 870P so it's also parked just noticed it showed way less wear.
 
^^^ Tha'ts good to hear. I didn't realize that. A Vortex SPARC may be a good choice on this platform. Though I'm sure a high rise cheek rest similar to that found on the Magpul SGA would be required to get a proper cheek weld for correct sight alignment.
 
The Hogue 12" LOP ended up being too short for me. I put the stock stock back on (ugh) and now am hunting for a 13" LOP. Failing that I'll go with the Magpul stock, good adjustment options there. Funny, I was thinking it would be fine as it was the same stock I had on an 870P 14" awhile ago and that was a good fit. Not one of my brighter moments.

Uh oh. Throw it on the EE and someone will buy it. A little worried that mine will be 'too short' now, but I have a couple others on order to try out.
 
Pulled the trigger on a Magpul stock. I decided on that over the Hogue due to the spacer system it comes with. Not to mention that everywhere I come across comments on this stock it is nothing but glowing reviews for the most part. The grip ergonomics look really good as well. Almost like a nice balance between pistol grip and traditional stock grip.

Where did you find your Magpul SGA? Everywhere I've looked seems to be sold out. Foe what it's worth, I had a Magpul on an 980 and really liked it. A lot.
 
Yep, took me a little bit of searching. Canadian Tactical Cowboy Supplies (see dealer forum). Good price with the tax and shipping.
 
My SGA has been in my city and out for delivery since the morning of Nov.3rd. Meanwhile, I've received other items with same delivery date. Damn you Canada Post!
I'm about to call my CC provider and reverse/dispute the charge.
