I had two primers fail the other day while hunting. I also had quite a few fail while sighting in some of my other rifles.
Is anyone else having problems with these primers?
They work fine for me in all of the Boxer types. The only issues I have had are as follows:
1. I had to polish the primer tube on my Dillon 550 to feed the large rifle primers.
2. Prvi Partizan 7.5x55 Swiss brass required primer pocket reaming to accept the primers, but this is not unusual.
I fully intend to buy more as my supply gets used up.
The same primers are sold under the Wolf brand in the States and seem to be well-regarded there.
What brass were you using?I have somewhat similar experiences with Dominion SPP.
I had a couple out of 400 fired that didn't go off after 5 tries. Average failure rate for first strike is about 5%. Some of it may be contributed by primer seating. They are harder to seat. And if 'over seated' they don't go off either with 40% failure rate.
This is just mine and a buddy's experience.
I got 10K of them and will use them for practice only.

The Swiss gp11 brass uses a different size primer. I believe it's 0.215 and the Dominion primers are 0.217. They will fit, but with some work. The primers are meant for 7.62x39mm if I remember correctly. Henry from budget shooter has 7.62x51mm berdan primers.
