I havnt really been able to find to much on this as my curiosity has peaked. Sorry if this has been asked.

It's my understanding that cause These mags are multi gun mags, your allowed to have 10 rounds instead of 5 ? These are centre fire semi auto mags yes ? If that's the case, is there a non Restriced "evil black rifle" that accepts these mags that allow you to have the 10 round limit ?

Again, sorry if this has been asked. My research hasn't come up with anything, or I'm asking the wrong question.

These 10 round magazines are designed and manufactured to be used in the Rock River Arms LAR 15 pistol(.223). However they do fit into rifles such as the AR-15,XCR-L, etc. By virtue of it being designed and manufactured for use in the RRA pistol it can legally have the 10 round capacity regardless of the firearm it is actually used in. Just as JR carbines use Glock pistol mags which are designed and manufactured for use in Glock handguns and can legally have the 10 round capacity, but also work in JR carbines.
Look up RCMP Special Bulletin for Businesses No. 72 for more info and background on this

They are not multi gun magazines, they are designed for the Rock River Arms LAR-15 pistol. That is why they have a capacity of 10, because they are pistol magazines.

If you manage to fit the magazine into something like the Kel-Tec SU-16, or the Type-97, or the Tavor Tar-21, that's your own business.

These are pistol mags. I dont know why they fit and function flawlessly in my XCR :)

Ok I understand the concept here. Thanks for clearing that up. Again, this just proves the rules of mag limits are stupid. Typical

Even better... My Beowulf mags are made for a 50 Beowulf... Just good fortune they match the STANAG profile and work in my 5.56 AR. I don't write the laws, just work within them...

To answer your question there are non restricted black rifles that accept these mags, I use one in an AR180B. EXR Kel tec, MR1, are some other non restricted to name a few

I know what you're getting at here but it needs to be emphasized that use of 10 round pistol magazines in a rifle that accepts it is 100% legal...your post (unintentionally probably) made it sound a little shady.
