Need a forend (Stephens shotgun maybe)?

Someone gave this to me a few yrs ago, it was in rough shape. I had someone fix it up and as you can see , the forend don't fit properly. It do not say who the manufacturer is. Stevens maybe? Do anybody know where I could get the correct forend for this? Thanks..... Brian. Oh it's probably 50 or 60 yrs old.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

It does not appear to be a Cooey to me, at least not like any that I have. The curved or "scalloped" notch in the center at the rear of the receiver is way more pronounced or abrupt on this gun than any I have on my Cooeys.. On the Cooey , the back of the receiver has a gentle curve that starts and the top and gracefully flows to the bottom of the receiver.
I believe it is an old Stevens model 94.

i thought it said Stevens , before it was reblued . Any thoughts on where to get a proper forend?

I defer to your expertise. I was basing my assumption on the shape of the receiver and the top snap.
