CSA to AR Mag adapter (?)

Adapters between the 762x39 and the 5.56 CSA/VZ58 are different, But they make adapters for BOTH.

The B&T was billed as for the CZ858 as well. It works quite well, except I believe there's no longer a bolt hold open on last round with it. It runs well with XCR pistol mags. Needs a tiny bit of machining to fit. Pricey, but worth it to have 10 rd mags.

I'm not much for a selection of tools but will a dremel do?
 
Maybe if you're really careful and slow using a vies and some kind of drill press arrangement. I had mine done by my local smith who charged my a hundred bucks (on my. Cz858)
 
Inside the receiver, Near the front needed some machining to make the mag we'll fit. It also changes the mag release and hold open. Check with Wolverine, see if they can send you the drawings from b&t. I'm pretty good with tools, but in the end decided to have my local guy do it for me.
