seems like the Mossberg 715t all over again, blame ruger and Mossberg, they both know Canadian law and never should have let the pistols be available in Canada, ruger now on my boycott list.....10/22's on EE coming up
No real point in owning a 10/22 if you can't use 25 round magazines IMO.
don't be so sure, I doubt the store pinned the mag, they would put t on the shelves the same way their "new" order came in
Someone misread bulletin #72 and over reacted. It mentions the Ruger BX-25 which was originally marketed for the Charger as well. BC is in the clear because they never marketed their magazines for use in the Charger. To further that point the bulletin covers magazines designed for use in one firearm but used in another. If your 25 rd 10/22 magazines happen to fit and work in a Charger then have at 'er friend. No different than putting 13 rds of 9mm in a .40 S&W mag and firing 13 rds out of your 9mm pistol or carbine.

Was it sealed? If the store pinned it themselves that still isn't legal in pretty sure. If it was done at importation that would be another story
I find it rather sad and common that many easteners are very poorly informed about current gun laws. (I was born and raised there)
The HRM police attempted to get long gun owners to voluntarily register thier firearms after the LGR was officially.
Look at the recent demonization of airsoft owners by police and press in the HRM.
Many urban legends seem to persist there, IE-5 shot magazine limit for hunting with .303 LE.
This post does not surprize me. The absent but percieved gun terror factor is very popular/thick in the HRM.

There is still people thinking they dont need license to own guns
is the ruger 10/22 pistol available in Canada? That would seem to be the issue ...

Link to some cheaper ones? I need to buy some but they are 40$ here tooooooooooo
