how to delete an ad once the item is sold ?

EDITING, BUMPING AND REMOVING POSTINGS

Members may "bump" or bring their thread "back-to-the-top" [aka BTT] of the EE forum page where seven (7) days have elapsed since the last posting made to the thread, by simply making a posting to the existing thread. The EE has a built in default that will not allow an existing thread to be BTT’d within 7 days of the last posting made to the thread.

Whereas a member can edit his/her own EE ad to change the ad prefix, title or text a member cannot “move” an existing EE posting from one EE forum to another. This can only be done by a moderator. If you want an EE ad “moved” send a PM [personal message] to an EE moderator. Then wait for your ad to be moved. It will be the moderator’s discretion as to whether an ad move is appropriate. Do not edit your ad to “delete” [ie. Pls Remove] then repost a “new” ad in another EE forum to “move” it.

If your item has been sold/found or a deal is pending, you may edit your thread title to “SPF” [sold pending funds] or “deal pending” etc if you do not wish to remove the thread yet.
To remove a thread that is no longer needed, change prefix to [Pls Remove] by clicking [Advanced Edit]. A thread is counted towards the maximum allowed limit ( 2 WTS, 2WTB and 2 WTT] until its prefix is changed to [Pls Remove]

Depending on the platform or website where you put the ad, the ad removal procedure could be different. However, you can adhere to the general steps listed below:
Log in to the account you used to publish the advertisement.
Go to the website or platform where you put the advertisement. Look for settings where you may view and manage your advertisements, such as "My Ads", "Manage Ads," or something similar.
Indicate a particular ad placement for the purchased item.
Search for a button or option that lets you alter or delete an advertisement when you locate one. It may have a "Edit" or "Delete" label.
You might be asked to confirm the deletion, so pay attention to any on-screen instructions that may appear.
