Kel-tec su-16 eotech canting problem

Hi guys !

Recently got a su-16 i tought it would be nice to put my eotech 512 on it but as i installed it on i noticed that the sight was canting to the left.

Does anyone had this problem with the su-16?

Does the canting will cause any problem ?

If you can still zero it and keep zero then I dont see a problem.

Shoot it and find out lol or if you just bought the rifle, and can easily do so, just exchange it for another.

I bought it used and send it back to keltec is complicated here in canada. I will try it for sur i just whanted to know what you where thinking and if that happened to some one alse.

Your first problem was you bought a keltec

It is a red dot not a crosshair, whether the sight is not perfectly flat will not make any difference.

Don't listen to the kel-tec haters. Take 'er to the range and try it at 10, 40 and 50 yds/m and see how things work out. I suspect you'll be pleasantly surprised. Reddots are for putting lead on target quickly, not precision work

If you're only gonna shoot the su16 out to 50yrds, yea, you'll be happy.

I've sold my su 16 ,so I haven't been on the keltec forum for quite awhile. I recall a su 16 owner ,talking about the same issue you had and how he fixed it. It may have been on here or the keltec forum. Sorry but I can't remember. Why don't you join the keltec owners forum, it has lots of good info on your rifle. I'm sure someone there will know how to help you out. Good luck with it...
