Why should a guy "over prime" to get results?

4350, any breed, does just as good or better, than ball powders like 760/414.

Your comment is ridiculous.

If using a magnum primer makes a certain powder work better, then it is not "over primed". It's called matching the primer to the propellant. In my humble opinion your comment is ridiculous.
 
Another good load in my two 7X57's is 50.0 grains of RL-19 with the H154 SST/IB's... the powder fills to half way up the neck, but with a COL of 3.100" (over length for my No.1) the compression is only mild, and RL-19 handles compression better than most... I was out of RL-19 for over a year, but this week a swell fella hooked me up with a pound.
