Hey guys I am looking to purchase a mould to cast heavy bullets for my .44 Magnum Super Blackhawk. Which mould/mould manufacturer do you recommend to throw a +/- 330 grain .430" bullet?

Here is a great bullet that can be made into a hollow point or a solid . http://www.mp-molds.com/shopping/pgm-more_information.php?id=41&=SID
It has three crimp grooves so you can adjust the crimp size to what ever you need it to be. I use the top crimp groove for my 444 Marlin and for my Super blackhawk.

What approximate velocity do you expect to get with this bullet in your revolver? (ie: would you need a gas check or plain base bullet?)

At the relatively slower speeds you'd expect with this weight of bullet, there'd be little need for a gas check when loaded in a .44 Mag.
