If ur in Waterloo try shooters choice and the gun centre they will have something in stock if not any of the online sources will have stock! Try the new Sail store in cambridge

My LGS has many boxes of the .223 45 SP Hornet bullets... he will ship... if you are interested send me a PM and I will get you the contact info.
 
Sail doesnt carry reloading components, try some sources online, like cabellas, Shooters choice or the gun center in kitchener should have some but might be $35/100 or more. I have always found them when ive been out of town somewhere else.
 
So far I am pretty happy with the Frontier plated ones. I'm just doing load development with them now
