3 Gun

Very true.........can someone post a link foe the PCV AR mags

Urban Tactical in Brantford used to carry them as well, not sure if they still do.

I have to agree with pauls though...I wouldn't spend my $ on the current PCV mags...just not reliable enough. If you're going to spend that much on a mag I'd source a metal AA 50 Beowulf. They may be a little more money and a little tougher to find (check the EE) but they work well.

Sadly there is just not enough gunners.

The first match I ran 5+ years ago had 6 shooters. Now there are also matches at two neighbouring clubs and never less than 30 shooters. Last years team match had 60.

Stand up and get it done if you want to shoot it.

If you are planning on competing in the US, buy a rifle with a minimum 16" barrel as anything smaller is considered a Short barrelled rifle down there and importation for competition of those are almost impossible.

Anyone in the Calgary area participating in 3-gun?

I've started to thanks to help from a forum member on here. CDTSA runs 3 gun matches which are awesome.

There are also many semi-local events such as Lethbridge which I traveled down to.

It's actually drastically changed how much I shoot for the better. Shooting in the range alley at a piece paper was really starting to get old fast.

So whats the deal with these pcv .50 Beowolf mags, some one asked the question on the above posted link but its still not sinking in, it can hold 5rnds of .50 but also support .223?....pm me if you like

Time to stop whinging and get to work. Gotta get the range to go for it....
Any gunners in the Okanagan area?? Let's get this going...

That's the spirit. Talk to your club exec and go from there. There's also lots of experience here from CGN members to tap into.

Don't let lack of local help discourage you. It will come too.
