Best 16" carbine under $1000

Core 15's warranty will cover the 10th owner. When they claim lifetime they mean it dont matter how many owners or rounds shot threw it.
 
@Sudbury Shooter, check out Kukagami Jacks, he has Black Forge AR's on sale for 650 right now as well as a couple of Whyndams for a little more...He's also having a no HST sale next week...I just picked up my Black Forge Tier Two for 650.00...And so far I love it...I'm just setting it up so haven't had a chance to get to the range but maybe this Wed.
 
I had a core 15 rifle, they are excellent, now I only have the lower with a bcm top. for 1000 if you can find a core15 go with that.

I was in there this week and I saw the black forge and whyndams but wasn't sure if they were of good quality and what day does the no tax sale start?

Used: TDC pointed you to a very good one. Palmetto is another good choice. Irunguns has a special on ex-LE Colt's as well
