It's typically worse.

Dad003, just over the inch and easily into 1.5. A better scope/shooter might improve on this. This is with older Hvy barrel XCR.

I believe there was someone on here that had both, as I recall the light barrel was considerably less accurate.

Its interesting that we see such a range of results on here. One guy claims the light barrel shoots near moa with good quality ammo and the next guy only achieves 4moa with similar components.

I recognize there are degrees of shooting ability but it is tough to make conclusions with that info.

I have both light and hvy barrels in 223 and 6.8. Hvy barrels shoot better in both cases and if I remember correctly this is the reason XCRs originally came with hvy barrels.

is there any semi auto gun firing a 7.62 x 39 that is even 2 moa?
that round was never intended to be that accurate.

In the time I've been on this site, I've seen a lot of "wishful thinking" related to accuracy. Particularly with nonrestricted black rifles.
Not many people take the purely empirical data for what it is. They tend to gravitate around a few random good groups and disregard the rest.
