Well most likely it was scrubbed. Everyone of these that I have seen has been scrubbed. Pics don't show the details very well so it's hard to tell for sure. I've read that the Czechs scrubbed the receivers when they sold them to Israel as a way of hiding the sale but then why leave the side rail markings? Maybe it was something Israel specified when they made the purchase? Didn't want the Czech lion on their rifles? At any rate, the ones with the rampant lion intact are harder to find and for those that collect them they are more desirable as well.
Newly made post war receiver with a mix of unused WW2 produced parts, recycled parts, and new post war parts is the norm for these.
Looks like the ejector/bolt stop screw head is busted off.
