Target scope for .22 on a budget

JD22-250
It really depends on what kind of target shooting you have in mind. Bench or offhand? 50/100 meters or beyond? Are you planning to hunt with the scope or is it going to be dedicated to your target shooting only? Lots of good suggestions from other members.

It is just basically just a bench rest target rifle, 100yds and less just punching paper and small targets , I'm really leaning towards the hawke varmint 6-24 AO for $ 199. I've read a lot of great reviews on this one!

My budget 10/22 scope is a Sightron SI Hunter Series 4-12x40 for 200$ you cant go wrong.... Its clearer and has a better field of view than the Nikon P-22

4scopes.com :), I got them to ship it USPS. The exchange rate sucks right now tho !!!!

Prophet river has them in stock http://store.prophetriver.com/sightron-sih-4-12x40mm-matte-duplex-ao/

I just might pick up a 2nd one for the wifes .22 next pay day. I hate that P-22, the eye relief suck on it....

That's where I purchased my SI rimfire scope from and ate pretty much a kupple brown ones once it landed at me
door step.
Could be this you have may have been a better choice fer dah moohlah.
Need to think back on this purchase.

Thanks.

Lgs had one but I missed it, it's gone now D and L airgun has them in BC

There used to be a rep here in Winnipeg for the Muellers but not anymore. Don't know if there are any authorized dealers in Canada anymore. And you need that for warranty. I think there are some on Amazon.ca. I have four of their scopes and find them quite good for the money spent. Tac II is a standout and I like the 8-32 target.
