If you replaced the Silvertip with real silver it should do the trick.

Ive got one exactly like that but its a muley buck shot about 15 years ago I thot it was pretty cool also so I boiled the skull and bleached it also

Silvertips are for Weredeer. You would need an adapted TTSX with a wooden tip for vampire deer.

Opinions vary on this point. Silver is widely known to have an adverse effect on both vampires and assorted werefolk. Conversely, the X shape of the expanded TSX bullet does resemble a cross which may be of some benefit beyond the value of its wooden payload. This only helps if the bullet doesn't exit.

The wood modified X bullet is best kept as a field expedient, if and only if you run out of silver bullets. Don't be embarrassed, that can happen to anyone.
