saw this at Cabelas today, claims to be "high grade surplus" and is made in the Ukraine. Has anyone tried this out? Not exactly sure what high grade surplus means...

Yup, that is what it is. I've seen many vendors splitting up crates and selling them in smaller lots as 'battle bricks' and 'battle packs'. All in the marketing.

I've Used it No Problems all. The Cabela's price is high at 29.99 i pay only 20.00 at my local gun show all taxes in.

Great thing I love about Cabelas, Bass Pro and places like Wholesale Sports is the variety of selection... Which I copy down what I like and then search up on the internet later to be purchased at a much lower price.
