Lol I have the exact same number, but with 2 zeros after it all. I think the front symbol is different though. So far no demons have popped out from the end of the barrel, other than a lot of noise!

SVT can't have 5 digit serial. It's always XXnnn or XXnnnn, where XX - letters and nnn - digits. Or are you talking about gun other than SVT?

They don't let anyone go through them, at least as far as I know. But at least there arent any "red rifle" collectors there, so you get some good ones. At Winnipeg Cabelas the good ones never see the light of day..........so I avoid them.

Hmmm, ok, then maybe the second symbol isn't a six, but it looks like it. Upon closer inspection it looks like it might be wierd symbol which is a mix between a 5 and a 6. Learn something new every day! Thanks for the info, at least now i know I dont have the devils rifle!
