it depends ---- there is a lot of manufacures web load data
the 45 acp has been around for over 100 years so there lots of load data out there
if you are looking for light plinking loads the 185 or the 200g will give less recoil than the 230g
and if you look unique and 700x data is out there
you just need a load that will function your gun and be accurate

4.2 grains of Titegroup and 200gr SWC from Lee molds is my go to plinking load.
Same here. It's an accurate load too.

4.7 Titegroup for 230gr RN
A truly mild 1911 load is anything 9mm
4.7 seems a little on the high side for a mild load with TG.
First; what gun are you putting it in?
Second; what bullet are you using?
My data (none with your powders) has shown in 1911's and 625's that minor loads with the 230RN suck. The gun may cycle but the velocity is so poor the trajectory is about the same as me throwing a rock...
For light loads 185 grain works better as the velocity stays up.
231 has given me good service; using a Berry's 185 plated I get velocities in a 5" Colt that run an average of 730FPS (or 135 PF). In a 625 5" the same load runs an average of 750FPS (or 140PF).
Similar power factors in a 230 put your velocity down around 600FPS...

I have two powders for plinking in 45ACP.
Trail Boss. Case filled to base of bullet. 230gr LRN. Mild, consistent and works very well in my Ruger 1911 but it may be too light for some guns. You can almost always get Trail Boss.
Hodgdon HS6. 6.1 Gr with 230gr LRN. Slightly heavier recoil than the Trail Boss but still quite light. Of the two I prefer HS 6 but it is very difficult to find. I still have enough for 4000-5000 rounds but then I will be in trouble.
