certainly an excellent gun, the paint does chip off easy though, my one concern is that the manual it came with says its a pistol, im worried the wrong person is going to find about these guns and complain to the RCMP that there pistols.

They have stocks. They're considered 'carbines' with respect to the firearms act.

I'm less worried about the thin paint and more worried about the machining. Even the worst Norinco I have seen is better then what is inside this Skorpion.

I went and shot a box through this Skorpion today. When the Skorpion works it's a lot of fun. But it will not fire every 5-6 rounds or so if you are pulling the trigger slow while aiming. The first couple times it happened it surprised me when it went off. But After that I just held on target for a few more seconds and worked the trigger until the hammer dropped and it fired. I was alone on the range so there was no concern for safety. But it sure works fine when you are pulling the trigger rapidly.
It's been fired now, but it's still going to have to go back so Tactical can work on it or replaced the trigger group and hammer. I've had it apart 4 or 5 times now and tried different lubes and worked the action and trigger 100's of times thinking it would wear in.

Just got mine today, will shoot it soon. It's light enough to shoot one handed (like a pistol) but the front sight is too thick to see any daylight between it and the rear notch--so shooting with the stock will have to do for now:)

It looks like there are two rear sight leafs. Does anyone know what range(s) these are for? And is windage adjustable somehow?

my two rear sight leafs are labelled as 75 and 150, im assuming metres.

Funny, eh?

I love my Skorpion but it is disheartening to see they are so cheap now. Would be nice if this price was initially offered, if they can be sold at that price now.

Oh well, on the plus side, fellow nutz are getting awesome black guns for really good prices!

I'm getting kind of annoyed. I paid in full when this deal came out. I have still not received a rifle, or a tracking notice. Not very good comms and I'm not impressed. It's a lot of money to put up for a long time and not get feedback.

Got mine monday. Im in Vancouver.
You are in yellowknife.
If u got the transfer notification from rcmp then sit tight.
its coming.

Got it!! Too bad it was the mailman instead of the UPS girl... oh well... now I got some cleaning to do and go to the range this year.

Finally made it to the range today!! What a blast!!! 100rds of S&B 73gr and not a single problem!! Well worth the money.... and I got a lot of attention too.
Now I need more ammo!!!

Finally got mine. Looks like a fun little gun. Not too impressed by their skill with black paint, but it is tight and doesn't rattle at all! TI forgot my wood grip in my order :(

I got my my delivery notice on Christmas eve that I could pick up the next day, meaning I could not get the goods until boxing day. The black leather was very stiff, but after conditioning with "Lexol" it is nice and soft. My upper and lower has matching serial #s but my bolt has a different number. Are other peoples bolts matching?

I noticed the number is different, then noticed an EP number in the mag well and upper that matches. Probably an assembly number. My serial starts with 2012 which is interesting.

Yea it deffinetly has a Military style of finishing, that pain comes right off especialy where the safety leaver rides, one time of putting it on and off and a get a perfect bare metal semicircle, however these guns are meant to be shot and not a safe queen.
