Tactical is going to make this very easy for me and send me just the hammer and sear when they can get the parts in a few weeks.
Thanks Tactical for doing this. It will save money and time.
As a side note I spent a few hours working on this Skorpion tonight. I figure if I can build engines and transmissions I could handle the bit of work this Skorpion needs.
I had to take it apart twice, but in the end it's working now. I used a thin piece of glass, 600 and 1200 wet sandpaper and cut two blocks from aluminum to hold the sear square. Making the blocks took most of the time. I would think I have the most highly polished sear of any Skorpion on CGN now.
I ended up working the leading vertical edge of the sear with both grits and and only used the 1600 on the sear face. It seems to break very cleanly however the trigger pull is pretty long.
How long do you other guys find your trigger pull?

Mine isnt too too long, and seems to have a nice 2 stage to it, the trigger is definitely towards the very end of the travel before it goes off, however it does seem to be very consistent.

Thanks. That is exactly how this feels now. Towards then end of the travel before it breaks.

There' been an ammo question here before, so I felt I'd share my experience here. Mine eats S&B really well. Remington UMC is OK too.
But stay the ###X away from Winchester (white box). Squib load galore there, nothing but trouble...

Yes, you're right. The rounds get hung up in feeding because of the small flattened nose of the particular bullet they (Winchester) uses in that loading.

Could not agree more! First day out I had 21 FTF out of 100 rounds of the Winchester white box and zero with 200 rounds of the S&B. This little guy loves the S&B!

that white box stuff is junk. not sure why they went with that bullet. it makes no real difference to the target and some .32acp guns don't like weird ammo....
tryin to reinvent the wheel i guess

Got my wood grip a few weeks ago.
Remington UMC works nice, had 2 jams and it was my fault for not seating the mag properly.
