You might find the occasional HKS in a LGS but if you want something like a safariland comp II or III, your best bet might be ecop, they have decent prices, prompt service and will ship to Canada USPS.

HKS and Five Star ones still come up after you apply the "available for shipment outside of the USA" filter

Just looked into ordering L Frame Comp II Speedloaders. brownells will not ship then outside of USA...

Safariland has a distributor protection agreement, which Brownell's honours, so you are supposed to only buy from the Canadian source.

Speedloaderstore [dotcom] (Armadillo) will send Safariland. What agreement?
