Bilozir Shotguns...anyone know how to contact

I have been dealing with Will Bilozir, for many years, have a little patience, he can be very busy, but normally replays with in a day or two, He is often away at gun shows this time of year, and may not be home, he also runs a small farm.

Don't ever pay up front, to have Bilozir order a shotgun in for you. Myself and friend made that mistake, and when we received our guns after paying for them, the stock dimensions that we paid extra to have, were not correct. The stock dimensions listed on the form that came with the guns were even different than the dimensions listed on my friends order form, but Bilozir outfight refused to order in a stock made to the dimensions that were ordered, and he refused to refund the money, and take the gun back. I was present when my friend called Bilozir to discuss the issue, and Bilozir was rude and ignorant, as well as not offering to deliver the gun that my friend paid for. I would never do business with Bilozir again, after experiencing such disgusting customer service.
 
Got an email back tonight. Apparently they have been in an accident and it has messed up they're summer. Fair enough
I hope they are recovering well, and I was happy to get some contact with them. Thanks for the input guys

Well, same same. I got one email back from them, after posting here strange enough, and now another 2 months of nothing......how hard is it to hit "reply"

Perhaps I'd best hold off on some bismuth is had planned on ordering to reload Duck & Goose loads for my 10ga. SxS. I was somewhat hopeful as I see they are running a half page advert in the Canadian Access To Firearms monthly news paper.
 
I had supper with him and his wife on Saturday night in Regina. They got in a smashup in or near Whitehorse this summer. I don't actually know them very well, just tagged along with my friend.
 
I certainly understand that being is a car wreck will mess you and your business up, but if he's "out and about", having dinner and going to shows...he can well hit reply and let me know what's going on with the part that's supposed to be getting fixed since June.....

I've tried to order from them a few times before without even a response. I won't try again. It'd be different if they would set their website up so I guy could shop and purchase stuff. I don't really care to have a conversation with the guy I just want products from Ballistic Products Inc and they tell me I have to deal with Bilozir the blackhole of internet shotgun communications. FFS
 
Well, finally got an email back....I sent another one 3 days ago stating that I would contact the RCMP in 1 week about stolen parts if I did not hear from him...He says he will mail my parts back this week....we'll see. I'm quite certain that they will not be repaired either, but I sit back and hope to be stunned

Why am I not surprised that you received no response until you threatened to involve the RCMP?

I found this funny (well, sad really) as well. Email after email goes unreturned, no replys to my phone calls. So I finally send one more email and mention that I will have to get the cops involved and Bang!!! I get a reply within 72hrs. Enough is enough...just give me my parts back and I'll figure out some other way to get them repaired. Really bugs me to have to deal with someone so unprofessional......
