Exactly what I want. Classic 6" blued longslide...I would pay $$$ if available. Adjustable rear sight w/ black ramp front sight, and no funky forward serrations or extra junk. In other words nicer looking than the STI or Para longslides. Please?

To be clear, I want this to be a Norc because of affordability. It can sell for a bit more than the standard model, but reasonably so. Porting could be a bit more too. Really the slide, barrel and recoil system are the only real mods. That isn't a major deal requiring a huge price.

Thanks. The Nighthawk Heinie Longslide is 10mm only, and Les Baer has front cocking serrations (and in my personal opinion is way overpriced), so not exactly what I am looking for. I could have a custom built, but we are talking about Norc / Dominion Arms type price points. So, yeah I guess maybe $...not $$$.

Yes i see you are right about the Les, but they do make the Heinie longslide in 45 too (it is listed as an option). A site sponsors has one too but yes they are v expensive. I'm not holding my breath for the Norinco or Dominion but that would be sweet. too bad there are virtually no mid level longslides being made anymore.

I'd totally go for one in 10mm... I think they already make a 40 so wouldn't be too hard to do a 10

45 would still be cool but no real benefit

Then you'll gladly pay twice what everyone else will. Seriously, I was hoping the 'I'd pay anything' crowd wouldn't chimed in. Has that ever helped our community? Essentially I'm asking they three parts be lengthened. We aren't building a space ship.
