The scope on the Mauser is by IOR Bucaresti. It's their variation on the Soviet PE/PEM series, which is the Soviet variation on the Zeiss Zeilvier.

This is pretty neat:

Seems to be a metal monoque fuselage with an enclosed propeller: an very early ducted fan.
