Put a scope on an air rifle i painted. looks nice all together

That is a relum telly. Made in Hungary. Original had a double mainspring and no spring guide. It was really something to hear it #### and fire. Many of them sold in Canada were converted to a single mainspring. It should say "made in hungary" stamped on the breech block.
 
I had this exact story from grandfather. Said he brought it over from germ though after buying it from hungary. Finish was destroyed so I painted it.. Never could find any markings on it.
 
It's a real solid little rifle. Mine shoots 540 fps with 7.5 gr pellets. Treat that leather seal to a few drops of oil every now and then and it should last another 50 years.
 
Did you D+T the side of the compression tube? Also airgun rated scope ? They run at just under 600fps with a new mainspring and oiled seals.I have two........Harold
