CMMG is the golden standard. The best IPSC MR guys run it. IRG usually has them in the $500US ballpark, about $650 to your door. AW should have them for $750+tax+shipping if you want one asap. My pricing is for dedicated uppers. If gettign a kit still go with CMMG.

Dedicated upper makes the most sense.
Dedicated barrel and sights and easy to swap out.

I shoot the ammo that won't feed in my CMMG upper through my Chiappa M1-22. At least they got that one right.
