Who was selling the 14" mossberg 590a?

Bullseye, Wolverine, Epps... probably more had them a few months ago when they came in. There was a big run on them then the demand died down.

Bullseye has 4 left in stock at $599 w/free shipping.

I got mine from SFRC; not sure if they still have them. I guess it was a one-time concerted effort by several online retailers to take the wind out of irunguns sails.

Distributor got a big shipment in and many retailers got them. Looks like that shipment is almost sold out.

Maybe.....but I kind of had the impression that many U.S. police forces were adopting the patrol carbine as a cruiser firearm , so the demand for the 590s dropped considerabley....so Mossberg dumped these excess 590s into the Canadian market to get rid of them....

Got mine at Epps, and these ones have ghost right sights, front tritium, and speed feed stock.

I just checked, and they have a couple left.

Yeah, you may be right; however the timing was right on the money to screw-up the deal irunguns was working on. Either way, I'm super happy I got one. :d

IRUNGUNS was initially planning on bringing in only barrels but when it was discovered a lot of other parts were required, they backed off the plan. There was some idle talk about them considering the import of complete shotguns but it didn't get off the ground. Next thing you know, these 590's hit the shelves here in Canada.

So the 14 inch barrels don't bolt up to a regular 5+1 500 ? I currently have a mossberg 500 combo and was thinking of selling my 18 inch barrel and buying a 14 inch 590 and then using the 500 for skeet .

Barrels for the 500 and 590 series are not compatible unless you change out the mag tube. Also, the 590 14" barrels are not compatible with the 590 18.5" platform unless you change out the mag tube and forend.

I know that. I'm just saying that there was a lot of interest in complete 14" 590A1s in that irunguns thread, and I believe they said they were working on a price for the completes. Then all of a sudden a pile of online retailers get them in and that's the end of the irunguns thread. The timing made me think that it may be a concerted effort by retailers to take the wind out of irunguns sails. I'm probably wrong though; but the timing was bang on.
