Breed between coyote and wolf has no fear of humans...

I have a couple that aren't afraid of my house. Just wish they would come in the daylight instead of after dark. Tracks went right up to my deck tonight (a rabbit spends its day under there) then went around the house and down the sidewalk out side the front door.

I prefer to call them Whyotes, father in law spotted on in my backyard. Tried to get a pic but there wasnt enough sunlight for his phone. buddy of mine has lost at least 2 sheep this winter.

they are getting bolder dont get me wrong. watched a sunset on west shore of lake huron last night and couldnt believe the yote activity. Pretty sure they made a kill out non the ice right after dark

I wish I had a coyote problem. I want to shoot a yote or a wolf so bad its not even funny. Just not quite bad enough to head out before dawn at -25C! Guess I'll have to wait until March to try again!

No such thing. Wolves instantly kill coyotes. They don't have their way with 'em. Wiley will, apparently, snuggle up to a dog though. And since Wiley is a smart fellow who is eating well, he's getting bigger.
The CBC isn't exactly known for getting reality.

Lol You can't want to shoot one too bad....Those are the best days to shoot coyotes and wolves. The colder the better. They need to keep moving to keep warm, Keeping warm burns calories and better chance of seeing them then the warm days.

No such thing as a crywolf or coywolf ??? Better not come down this way then. We don't have those little dogs they have out west and it has been proven many times ours indeed carry wolf genes and are much bigger and as bold as hell . Unfortunately have sadly taken a human life a few years back just a few miles from me and many documented attacks on people which is why they implemented the bounty which many said would not help but it sure has reduced the numbers in this area. Thank you Trappers ;)
Tons of documented reports etc on this if you take a minute to look and CBC have it right this time
Cheers
